This position focuses on material analysis and performance improvement of the company's products. Need to cooperate with quality, production, procurement and other departments to ensure that products can meet customer needs with high quality and continuous improvement.

· Analyze the raw materials of the product, explore multiple design possibilities and optimize them.

· Analyze, experiment, and improve product performance from a material science perspective.

· Develop innovative designs that meet the functional, reliability, cost and processability requirements of the product.

· Analyze and solve problems in the field or in the production process

· Continuous maintenance and improvement of developed products

· Verification of product functionality and reliability

· Manage your own projects and work in terms of time, resources, costs, technology, etc.

· Provide guidance and assistance to other colleagues and departments

skill requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above in materials science

· 3 years working experience in materials science industry

· English proficiency

The following conditions will be given priority:

1. Master of Science in Materials Science or above

2. Rich research experience in metal powder and metal composites

3. Experience in project management

· Verification of product functionality and reliability

skill requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above in mechanical design

· More than 3 years working experience in precision machinery industry

· English proficiency
